ABOUT ME
I hold my Master's degree in mental health counseling, my Reiki II certification, my Intuitive coaching certificate and my certification in BodyMind Bridge Hypnotherapy.
All pieces involve energy work! My specialty is BodyMind Bridge Hypnotherapy as this is what I started my business in however; after 6 months I noticed people needed a variety of healing methods. My clients would come in and "want to talk" they felt comfortable and safe. Often times, they would say; "I did not come in here to share this but apparently I needed to." Being heard and listened to in a safe, neutral and confidential space is very important.
